Our responsibility
Decarbonising the world
One of the dual missions of Agernomics Biotech is to uplift marginalized rural populations through our impact investing model to significantly reduce the relatively high incidence of poverty and bring dignity to the lives of indigenous people.
We will achieve this by rehabilitating degraded land for food supply, providing jobs and creating access to electrical power, roads, schools and medical care.
We work closely with academic institutions, central and local government, corporates, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as well as local farmers cooperatives and village leaders
Responsibility
Social
Agernomic will provide hundreds of thousands of jobs for indigenous population, and roads, schools, hospitals and power access.
Responsibility
Economic
Agernomics Bio-Energy projects will have a direct impact on local government, central government, village leaders, farmers cooperative, corporates, impact investing and NGO’s.
Responsibility
Environmental
Climate change has a tremendous impact on how society, governments and business make future decisions. Since the 19th Century, the world has warmed 1°C.
The 1°C increase does matter and it is likely we will be crossing the 1.5° threshold between 2030 and 2052. The consequences of climate change impacts biological cystems & timing of key life events like:
- Public health
- Agriculture productivity
- Transport systems
- Energy supply & demand
- National security
It is advised to act now by:
- Decarbonize Electricity Production
- Increase Use of Clean Electricity with Cleaner Fuels
- Increase the Number of Carbon Sinks
